Yes if your other notes are at those interest rates you stated then keeping the cash to make new investments makes sense.Make a low offer to all 3 and see if one of them bites.Start out at 30 like I said.At the end of the day they want to feel they got more than you were willing to pay them.They want to mentally win the war and feel superior in negotiations.Let them feel this way and revel in their accomplishments.You will know all the time you accomplished your goals.

Now I carry at least 50 mil pesos when I drive everywhere.Beautiful country but o man , o man you need mental strength and patience to survive when a gringo.

I plan on attending meet and greets to network, mingle and increase knowledge and come out of my DIY mentality that's stopping me from scaling.

I will say I am a new investor, but I believe I'm mentally prepared as well as analytically prepared to analyze deals,etc.

Also for mental well being, time off is necessary, the mind doesn't even start to shut off in a week.

With that said let me help bring some added clarity to the group.Robert, Eric, and Mark were all spot on with their instructions about what to look for with regards to mobile homes.

My experience is that many of them appear to travel because they are mentally unstable and/or addicted to medications and wouldn't last in a long-term position.
