Ideally want to be able to boat, ski, hike, bike, all the outdoor stuff close by, but also want a town/city with the amenities as well - breweries, coffee shops, decent shopping, activities to do with the family and a safe and welcoming community.

It has gorgeous mountain views in every direction, some good restaurants, excellent access to nature and outdoor recreation and of course MCLA and the arts.

Anything left over generally is your profit.You then divide the cost to secure and prepare the property ( furniture, remodeling, whatever) divided by that number to see how long it takes to get your investment back.

Who doesn't want to stay in NYC for $2.5K only for 30 days with all furnitures and no lease required.

What about a floorplan, so prospects can envision where their furniture may go?
