And yes, POF is standard issue, as any seller will require it with an offer, and most agents will require it to make sure they are not absolutely wasting their time.

Well, I now know who NOT to hire :)In his defense he is correct and you are absolutely able to go over top with another layer of shingles (if SD allows it which I think they do).

Yes there are people who it was the right decision to leave the military and invest, and there are those that stayed in and retired out, but there is absolutely no reason that you can't do both.
