Hi All, any input on renovating a house and possible tax exemptions under an LLC?

Two flats are essentially just houses.... they trade like houses and there is a lot of emotion involved.

Our experience is that IF the flooring is continuous AND it has been discontinued then they pay for the entire flooring throughout the house.

Use tools like the VA loan for house hacking and your Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) to cover living costs while building equity.

I was involved in two small infill developments in Michigan (about 15 houses in total) so two very small parcels. 

Most traditional property managers don’t handle this setup due to challenges like managing tenant disputes, coordinating overlapping move-ins/outs, and the risk of Fair Housing violations when selecting tenants.

She has been in our house 118 days past the end of her rental agreement! 

I was able to get a private loan which I used to purchase the house then I used my own money to rehab the house.

Of the many strategies I've looked into, House-hacking and short-term rentals piqued my interests. 

Have you sent your material list to a supply house to be quoted, have you arrived at a quote with your subs?
