Next question is why would a Lawyer be asking for it and not searching?

I basically found some things during my free court search that made me not approve this applicant.

They are harder to find than just searching the internet and it takes savvy to be able to get them under contract.

I'm hoping for 5-7 days and the less hassle the better :)The main reason I ask is because right now google is my main source and that's just too many options to go through, lol.

Spend 15-20 hours on this site searching, reading, practicing evaulations, studying your market, factoring in your available investment money, then set some GOALS.

When I googled it, your post came up.  

If you open the google doc that is there they want your name, e-mail address and cell phone and complete address of your residence.These are the classic symptoms of a phishing attack and open you up to identity theft.
