Hello,I have a couple options for this, but does anyone know any insurance agents or company's that are familiar with land lord insurance where an LLC (that owns the real estate) is the named insured and they issue policies as such?

It is very difficult to find them on websites other than paperstac.

The other option for you is to partner, buy properties with multiple partners less money in, and you do not have all the control, but that gives you the ability to scale faster.

But I have found that once a loan is in place in one name the transfer of the deed to an entity like an LLC owned 100% by the same individual won’t motivate the lender to accelerate the note.
