OK Captain Obvious.Either way, @Chris Newman is spot on with the comment about 10 days. 

It’s 2 smaller spots but obviously could be at risk for more damage in places you can’t physically see.

Its in a really good spot in south Texas.

I stacked hay, drove tractor, balers, seeders, and other farm implements, broke horses, trained race horses, jockeyed, trimmed trees, shoveled snow, worked at several gas stations, painted houses, painted coal dredges, security guard, roto tilled yards, planted flowers and gardens for folks, raked leaves/yardwork, eventually worked oil field when it was booming, even crawled in tunnels installing coaxial cables and fiber optics, loaded explosives in seismic testing holes, eventually a lawyer, and landlord. 

This way, when they show up, they have the option to secure the property on the spot by paying a deposit amount.

This was a great deal and was located in a prime spot in Pewaukee.

So once you climb over the HVAC equipment, and crawl through an old building-wide vacuum unit, you have reached your destination.

I am not sure how to structure it and what blind spots I need to be aware of.
