If a prospective tenant is late (or extremely early) for the showing or open house, wants to pay the rent/security deposit/pet fee in installments, begs me to reconsider my no-pet policy, etc.

I know you feel the need to turn this into a partisan issue (I generally do too), but in this case, congress is no worse now than it's been for a long, long time...The Dems are a huge disappointment during this administration, the Republicans were a huge disappointment during the last administration, and things weren't much better before that...No matter which party you hate (and especially if you hate both parties), there's plenty of blame to go around...

I've heard of people using 5"x5" stickers and putting them on dumpsters, at gas pumps, at bus stops etc.similar to bandit signs (they aren't flashy) but they put ur messages where people are. and stickers are smaller, and may last longer as hard to pull off etc.my personal idea with stickers is to get ones made that severely contrast the colors of the local (extremely popular) free weekly paper and put them on their boxes.
