There is a condo unit foreclosure that I have been following that has a HUD (Depart of Housing and Urban Development) mortgage attached to it.

It would be VERY appealing to not have to deal with new construction as where I live it's a nightmare dealing with the planning department, contractors and all the other sharks that want a piece of me. 

Call your building/permitting department and ask them what they will require. 

Going to update police department with quote and ask them to go forward with Criminal charges and restitution. 

Just start calling loan departments.  

Check the maps and call the city and county planning departments to double check this stuff. 

Whenever I call the planning department they're stumped too.

"Never count someone else's money"Your peers who have properties managers, acquisition managers, etc. are under a serious amount of much more stress than you can imagine because when you have that many people and different departments in your organization in your company you also have much more stress, more expenses, less efficiencies and your profit margins are also lower.

Ask around at the major banks in their residential mortgage department, the loan officers should be able to help you as well.
