I bought an apartment off an online auction for $53,500 (I used cash). 

A few months back, my partner and I bought two properties at an online auction after having success with our first property that we flipped.

He also tell me his guy has been in business 25 years and has done numerous showers and thinks my design isn't practical for the showers.

Is there an online interface for tenants/owners?

I received 8 responses from 60 letters, viewed 3 practical properties out of the 8 responses, and bought an awesome duplex that I am currently living in which cost less than 10k out of pocket and will provide me cash flow for life!

@Hugh Jameson while anything is possible, it is simply  not practical to expect to get traditional financing on an auction property. yes hard money can be refinanced out.
