I use cozy for my units and have been very happy with the service.

But you’ll happily pay more for other services as part of the purchase. 

In my current system I am spending $60 to use ZERO gallons of water and have the bill in my name for 2-3 weeks (water, sewer and trash are on same bill, plus random service fees). 

Ideally we want one that we can use on occasion and rent out the rest of the time. 

So these solar panels are akin to someone having to pay for a grinder pump when getting city/county water/sewer service, right? 

Can anyone from the area recommend a cleaning service? 

I don't have steady income so I can't rely on my work to get the rest of the loan.

The fact that there is free bus service to Liberty is a huge plus.

But I am also witnessing as well as organizing a newer more scalable model providing for a more cloud-based, remote, less-than-full service--model that is appealing for a large amount of investors and property owners who are interested in receiving many of the traditional services (rent collection, bookkeeping, leasing, noticing, maintenance coordination, answering phones, etc.) but who would be willing to pay about 1/2 the monthly fee in exchange for participating by physically being present to allow access, showings, servicing notices, etc.
