I started listening to real estate and financial podcasts about 2 years ago which led me to the BP podcast and then to this site.  

Product sheet on the site.  10,000 loan variations plus a net branch system where you can learn the lending side of things and earn on both sides of the fence, doing your own real estate deals and the ones you don't offering financing.

There seems to be no way to search all evictions either current or past.I also don't want to search their site against my Listsource of 60k+ absentee owners.

hi there @Colin Dunne, welcome to the world of bpthere are many ways to go about investing in real estate and the truth is that there is no wrong way of going about it.as long as you #getstarted is the main thing, oh yes and don't lose money, there is some great information out there is on this website as well as youtube etc. the podcasts on here are amazing and they allow you to hear others successful stories as well as what was their motivation to get them going and continue pushing on.i'm soon starting my own meet up here in the area and bring in people that can help along the ways through this process,i'll keep you posted on the dates.

As a matter of fact Bigger Pockets (the social media site you & I are currently on) happens to be one of the best social media sites in regards to driving traffic to your website.
