Hi Joshua,I think the flaw in this system is that tenants have to pay just to see the property. 

Also there are many many people that do not understand the system.

@Andrew BeckerOf course they think you're overcharging -- some of them would invariably think you were overcharging if you charged them a quarter a load.Go with a camera system hooked into a DVR recorder.

My family and I had been looking for something like what we found for quite some time, targeting areas like Beachwood, Orange, Moreland Hills, Chagrin Falls, Hudson, etc. due to school systems and quality of life considerations... 

A hot tub is a great idea, just be careful about locking down the controls and get a remote device connected so if you're away you can adjust it. 

Does anyone have a good system in place to deal with this.

For one, specialty contractors only work on one or two sub systems.

I checked the local GIS system and located the owner and contacted her.
