Prices have gone up for Harry where the supplier/dealer is actually trying to cash in on the credit, raise the price then offer the credit, not leaving much room for the contractor/developer.But if you talk quanity for ten homes, then there would be a savings.

I’ve found flipping in Greeneville to be pretty convenient because they have a lot of local building supply places, but we did have to hit Knox rail for cabinets and Floor & Decor for tile and counters.

Gotta remove that carpet, put some nice paint and furniture in, and I personally always go tile flooring and granite counters.It will be interesting to see what happens if the market cools a bit and what all of these new investors do with their homes.

There are some great porcelain tiles these days that have a great look and far better durability.
