I wouldn't have known how to find signing services outside of snapdocs if it weren't for Mark's course... it really is great in itself, but he adds so much value with webinars every other week and with Facebook groups full of positivity and support.

I do believe some regulation is healthy for start up competition in the long run, but west coast cities are really dependent on Apple/Google/Facebook/Amazon etc for stability right now.

@Daniel WhitmoreSelf employed status will be a complication with a bank lender - they will at least need 2 years of freelance tax returns, FT job income is best for getting solid approvals. $70k is 20% of $380k, which means we'd be looking in areas where we would find SFH in that range.
