Also dues are cool, but be sure to request a copy of their special assessment history, as this can often add up to a substantial amount that isn't considered.There are too many variables for a blanket statement though, so as stated, read docs and meet the members.

The Village in general has a great vibe and cool local shops and restaurants, so I think you'd have no problem with demand for your units.
