So, the fact that permits were pulled to test/fix this issue isn't going to be on the title company -- that's on you.I'm actually a little surprised that the new title company found this information -- unless the county somehow clouded title due to a permit not being properly handled.

@Cody Honea, Thats a good way to evaluate someones worth when they are self-employed, I'm surprised regular mortgage people are not willing to look at things logically like that.
