Most tax laws become effective in new tax years, so anything that happened I would suspect would go into effect 1/1/22.  

I suspect many of the deals we're seeing are being pushed because of low rates, and lots of people joining the syndication bootcamps, and figuring that they can do it.

Not based on merits.. track record is critical to raising capital and with out one.. pretty tough 6.8 cap is OK I suspect the folks your talking to.. probably think they just do it themselves what value do you bring other than you bird dogged the deal.I know syndication is kind of soup de jour but its  a very very tough thing to do starting out.. really tough.. maybe a high breed is something you want to do.. refer the deal on an you take a slice so you get something for doing it.other wise you need to have your own cash.. take it down then back fill with investors..

You also now have taken on the effort of having a duplex.I suspect your plan is more effort for very similar return to having done nothing other than let your current home appreciate.Different plan: look for the duplex that has a value add (basic BRRRR). 

If they didn't pay, I would evict.I suspect you're in a worse situation than that.

I suspect you are talking about a pretty large amount which means it is a pretty serious crime.

I suspect a vast majority of people that have used induction cook tops would not choose to go back to gas. 

I suspect if you have a desirable MF brokers are already calling you saying they have clients you could ask them to have their clients pay their fee thats done in the industry. good luck.. as rates climb if rents dont go with them cap rates are going to be affected to the benefit of the buyers I would think.

Suspected illegal activity should be reported to law enforcement.I'll add the ability for landlords to turn off card payments in our feature requests backlog.

I suspect that I am not as well off as some of the people who will respond but I have more than I expect to be able to spend.Not much has changed for me except for maybe the effort I put into the pursuit of wealth and how much we spend.
