I listened to Robert share his story on how his real estate instructor made him analyze 100 properties in 90 days and write a page of each property, what he liked and didn't like, so I found an agent and went searching all over Louisville and Indiana for properties.

My boss will be the person visiting and overseeing the projects being done, but he lives in Louisiana, and his availability to fly there is somewhat short.
