I received tons of advise from BP about managing my PM and annual recommended checklist/inspection which are now all automatic.

You can add money to it each month if you like or add money anytime you want or never add money - it is up to you how much you want to put into it - you usually have to buy a minimum of 1 share at a time ( unless you're reinvesting dividends automatically)   and shares can cost anything from $3 a share to $100 a share or more - it all depends on the size of the REIT and what the current value is.

You should also set up a means for them to automatically transfer the rent payment electronically.

Also with frameless you can have hinges that will swing both ways, if you want to air out the shower you  can push the door into the shower past the automatic detents on the hinges and the door will stay open. 

Also @Gary Wong the PMI will no longer automatically drop from an FHA loan at 78% and 5 years.

People automatically think it's great to list a $1M+ house, assuming it's sell like your average home.

Because this age automatically (or auto-magically) gives you credibility with sellers, contractors, lenders, and real estate agents.

Once you have multiple units, a good broker will continue to want to earn your business, always finding and automatically re quoting when your policy is coming up to renew.
