Because of it being commercial and a number of units, I am doing much diligence with attorneys and lender to make sure everything gets put in place prior to offer/closing to ensure all is set up properly before go time.

I'm sure you can buy a charging station on Amazon and then get an electrician to install it.I will likely rent a trencher put in some 240VAC direct burial cable and hook it up myself.

Recently I did a job in the Pearland area I manage to have a conversation with a customer and he is interested to sell his house, is a two story house have 3 bedroom, and 2 baths doesn't look in good condition, but I think this is a flip house, also the customer just had it install a Furnace and a new water heater. the customer happily provide me with his phone number and his address.
