About a year later, I recognized the limitations in SFH in terms of financing options and viable strategies in high price markets like the D.C.

So, if your Investor Carrot website's "about us" page was homepage.com/our-company and you move to your own custom website, you will need to maintain the url structure, and be sure that your new page is also exactly homepage.com/our-company (not my-company, or about-us, or learn-more, as those will not maintain the SEO value of the original page).It's kind of like redesigning a kitchen, Google knows the kitchen room of the house as 'kitchen' and even if you gut the kitchen and redesign it (change hosting, and web design), as long as you don't rename it as the "/bathroom" or the "/bedroom" or EVEN the "/kitchen-area" it will still recognize the page and maintain the prior SEO value.

Woodruff Place is officially recognized as a "historic district" by the City of Indianapolis, so if you were to buy in that neighborhood, you must follow certain building/renovation/landscaping guidelines.

The price points are set by a market that recognizes the historical long term appreciation and the minimal supply and strong demand.  

Just recognize it for what it is and know that you can get back to XYZ when ABC slows down or vice versa.

@Matt Millard I agree, the south has much more favorable laws but we can also recognize that Oklahoma isn't as desirable as a location and OK doesn't experience the population growth or RE value appreciation that LA provides.
