Hi Robert,I have other medical field clients.What they tell me is demand for health care is high but the payouts if you are a new doc with the system is low.The docs do not want to depend on health care for their financial well being so they invest as well to create an income stream when they no longer want to be in the medical profession.The old timers fixing to retire in a few years tend to only take regular insurance as they have built up many clients and do not want that exchange stuff to deal with.The new businesses hungry for business are the ones taking the bulk of that business.

In areas such as southern California where we have perfect year round weather, all of the Forbes list companies have offices, high tech, low tech, manufacturing, medical centers, universities galore, amusements, sports venues, zoos, beaches, etc. there is ALWAYS going to be a high demand, thus higher prices.
