@Jay Hurst posted the image above, the full hit is 2.125%, 1.9% probably correlated to some nice round interest rate increment, X.25% or X.5% or whatever.So that means you're presumably getting ballpark the same rate that owner occupants get, from that lender.You could switch it up and have it fully absorbed into the rate, instead (I'm given to understand, mostly from other posts on this forum and others, that some lenders have discontinued this option -- any independent mortgage broker should still have it, though, since I still have it, and I'm not a magic unique unicorn).

Unique question but I remember in one of the episodes the guest mentioned they requested a list of water meters/addresses from the towns water department.
