If not, you will end up with shiney object syndrome and not actually pulling the trigger.

I think you have "Superhero Syndrome" like I did.

Took me half a day and a slight case of carpal tunnel syndrome.

I do not get caught up in the next (shiny object syndrome).Some will get lucky and hit it big but the majority will lose their asses.

I'm over 50 and still invest.Don't get caught in the " too " syndrome, I'm too old for this too late for that.

What I call "pizza box syndrome," where they'll eat most of a delivery pizza and forget the rest to rot in the box in a bedroom corner.

If you're also looking at residential mortgages on top of that my word of caution is just don't get bogged down in shiny object syndrome.
