Brought a new construction 2 years ago so did not have any maintenance issues till now,  questions for the experienced folks out there, what are the essential home maintenance need to be done and how often ? 

Lived in Front Royal for 18 years and Warren County does not like progress.  

If you have one and it says it goes to month to month after the initial year, write up that you are following the terms of the initial lease with the exception of....then add in anything that is different (eg rent, giving notice, etc).
