I got started in West Pasco - its as good a place as any to earn your stripes.

Hello All,I’m currently interested in getting people’s opinion on the duplex market in west ashely, inside the 526 off the 17.

In some estate in the West such as CA, WA, there are specific rules and overall, it is allowed to rent out a guesthouse (or ADU - Accessory Dwelling Units).

I am not sure what the West coast money currently looks like but East coast is normally 12-16% . 

Rarely did I have a situation where two of my clients were interested in the same deal, let alone that I was interesting in something a client has been.Many of my younger buyer clients are looking for a house hack, typically a dupex in Wauwatosa, the North Shore, West Allis or one of the good neighborhoods of Milwaukee.

We have a place on the west side of the island, but also looking for a multiunit to house hack in Aguada or Rincon. its no different than doing it in the states.San Juan will be more expensive than the rest of the island though.
