Postcards are old school but good because we have very limited organic reach with Facebook these days and all social media reach is dependent on algorithm.

-Actively reading BP site content, watching YouTube videos (BP and others), read Multifamily Millionaire, read Recession-proof Real Estate Investing, and read Rental Property Investing, and read/watched numerous other articles/posts.

I've been following bigger pockets for at least two years now read and reread I think all of their books and countless hours of YouTube videos.

Get as much free education here on BP as possible, start relationships with banks and credit unions see youtube the radical marketer for example.

I read a few books that entrepreneurs, I looked up to, have also read and recommended: the Rich Dad series, The E Myth (there's multiple, choose the topic that suits you), a few Than Merrill books, Brandon Turner's Real Estate Investing series, & watched a ton of youtube videos.

Milestones:- September 2021: We spent a lot of time studying, reading books, attending conferences, and listening to podcasts/YouTube to fully immerse ourselves into the multifamily territory.

I have seen some crazy legal structures for STR advocated here and on Youtube.
