So I'd check locally 1) whether there is rent control 2) how long in advance should the tenants be given notice about the rent increase.And then do it gradually to avoid vacancies.

Check the neighbourhoods around the city centre: La Saidia, Patraix, Les Corts,...Buy as cheap as possible, if it's for long term is better to buy a property without elevator, but with some space to be installed --> 30-40k maximum.

So I was happy to say, here's where you turn in your application, they run your background check, they run your credit and anything that I can see you can see also, in addition, this is not a profit center for me because you pay them and I don't get any money for your application.
