Plus I get two pretty cool cars to drive when they aren't rented, and then once they are paid off I'll have a nice $4-9k chunk per car when I sell them, and then I'll probably upgrade and get something cooler that will rent for more and be more fun for me to drive :) I haven't been able to list my new car yet (because I need a permanent tag to list and I just bought it), but I'm hoping to do even better now with 3 vehicles. 

Make sure they're not red tagged.

My goal is to avoid violence against myself, the property being tagged as the home of a sexual predator impacting property values and to avoid the house becoming a drug sale location.

This way - you can easily go through the transactions on some periodic timeline(monthly, quarterly, yearly) and properly tag/categorize your income/expenses.

I guess I just figured there was something better out there but on a different price tag is all. 

I ended up getting her a custom luggage tag with her last name and a holder for an Apple Airtag built in.

You have to tag the people you want replies or thank.

(also easier to message everyone instead of tagging individually).
