Hi ladies and gentlemen,I am here requesting some advice from you all to help me finalize this so-called "master plan" I have.

There are also some lease scams going as well, an old lady in Dallas buys oil rights just before RE closings and the buyer thinks they get them, there's a suit going now as title insurance doesn't insure mineral rights in TX according to the attorney.

Well I have a lady whose house was up for auction in November and she filed bankruptcy so now I sent in my authorization to release information form to her lender and she REALLY wants to get rid of the property but since its tied up in bankruptcy what should I do?

I even made ONE RE call and the lady was interested!

The lady at the property management company was quite pleasant and let me know, that in accordance with my lease provisions, I would be responsible for finding a replacement tenant.

There are bad apples out there, and they aren't limited to broke people trying to get assign house contracts.Recently in another post I told the story of the lady that was renting a nice house right across the street here in West Houston.
