They EXCLUDED all Section 8 payments (logic being those are always paid on time anyhow, so they were excluded). 100% of my landlord friends (and me) have 100% collections here in Northern Colorado.

I follow that logic, but if you have enough to do a whole deal, even a smaller deal, then you don't need a partner.

Thank u  try to look at this logically.. how is anyone going to make you 250k a month on a 100k investment and if they are doing that why in the world would they share it.. they would just do it themselves I mean really think about it.

Dave must have screened out anyone who had debt before he interviewed them because I don't believe his experience could logically be extrapolated to society at large.
