If you are a recent graduate and are working in the line of your education, then your education can be used towards meeting your 2 yr work experience.The property has to be an USDA approved area and the total household income (not just the borrower) has to be below the USDA guideline max.

Btw I have always thought the container dwellings and the tiny houses have not made a lot of sense due to cost per square foot finished out vs travel trailers or site built sheds/buildings...but I have never delved deeply.

Downtown a lot of the rents and areas have already sky rocketed or have already been gentrified, are being gentrified, and there is some community sentiment issues because low income households feel they are being pushed out of where they lived for years and years.
