If you are a recent graduate and are working in the line of your education, then your education can be used towards meeting your 2 yr work experience.The property has to be an USDA approved area and the total household income (not just the borrower) has to be below the USDA guideline max.

If I use my FHA loan, after a year of living in the household, can I convert my FHA to my LLC and still reap the benefits of that 3.5% down payment? 

Btw I have always thought the container dwellings and the tiny houses have not made a lot of sense due to cost per square foot finished out vs travel trailers or site built sheds/buildings...but I have never delved deeply.
