This is my first real estate project and I'm looking to either start out with Air BnB and/or move toward full time tenants.Do you think a studio type apartment would be best, or would it be advantageous to include 2 bedrooms? 

These parking lots can then be re-adapted as the land and air rights can become more valuable.

I would also love to do some fix and flips, but that is still up in the air.

When you apply to AIR BNB to be a host they apply for the license.

We may start investing out of state, been kind of up in the air about it lately.

This place is huge inside also that could be made into other additional bedrooms and being close to the airport might be a awesome air b and b outfit or just a good sale after the additions made.
