All I needed was to come up with $50K, so I spoke to my wife about selling one of the first rentals we bought since the markets went up and we owed so little on it.

I am a first time home buyer, my wife and I have credit scores around 780, and about $20,000 set aside for an investment.Does anyone have any advice on financing while unemployed or what direction you would take in this situation.
