Hi,Does anyone know what happens if you create your LLC in a friendly state (say Nevada or Delaware), but operate it in your own state (that would be NY in my case) and get sued?

I just had a "Drain Tile" completed on a SFR Twin rental property in Delaware County PA.

I think the only time you would want to pay down debt would be if you are nearing retirement and are looking to de leverage.

Property is a legal two family property with a third floor "border" apartment. 2 units are 3 BR 1 Bath and top floor is 1 BR 1 Bath.Price for property is $900k.

I grew up in Trevose but now live near Franklin mills on the philly border.

What does your operating agreement (or LLC agreement for Delaware LLCs) require?

My family and I own a rental townhome in Falling Waters, West Virginia (eastern panhandle bordering Maryland and Virginia) that is currently rented.
