I decided to go on with the property in Kenmore and went through the process. 

@Annabella Molina-Skrobe if you are planning to put 25% down you will have plenty to options to chose from.   

Anyways, I've been practicing going over numbers on properties while I get my finances in order.

A couple developers we work with skip LIHTC and the tax credits and go the route of impact funds to help alongside other debt and sometimes equity. 

buyer has no skin.. seller in second postion high risk.HML in first does not like borrower with no cash in it.. waste of time to even work on these scanrios.

You just want to know your numbers.Also while there is no guarantee and it will depend on your upkeep and updates to the property, but rents tend to go up over time. 

What are reasons to use another listing agent when Redfin charges 1.5% and does more marketing than average?
