There's already a million bed shortage and a million more on the way but only 30,000 new beds coming online each year in assisted living.

Is there anyway to defer taxes on selling a business or do I just have to suck it up and pay the capital gains?

It's one thing for a buyer to waste an agent's time because your "gambling" on potentially getting a commision in the thousand of dollars.

I was only with realize for maybe a couple weeks, so cant really speak on them.

Do you have any data on those markets showing they're underbuilt?

On a per acre basis residential is typically always the highest value use, commercial tends to be big $$$ because it is large properties and large budgets so it sounds more valuable.
