Youtube has a wealth of knowledge, including but not limited to the Biggerpockets channel.

I much rather getting started and learning by doing, so I'm going to try and focus my learning/research on problems that I'm currently experiencing or working through on my RE journey (as opposed to reading every book and watching every YouTube video before starting).Raising down payments will likely be the determining factor in how quickly I am able to scale, but that is probably a good thing because it will give me time to devote more time to fewer properties in the beginning.

Have them upload them to youtube or another video sharing site or to dropbox etc....Youtube videos do not need to be "public" they can make them accessible via link only so no one but you sees the video.  

You are certainly right about not paying so much money for a program that teaches the same information that I can find through BiggerPockets, books, youtube, etc.

I'm also an avid listener to real estate podcasts, watcher of real estate YouTube, and I've read a few books on investing in real estate.I haven't pulled the trigger on any properties, but looking to buy my first with a va loan this year.

Funny how we can read this stuff in ten different books, watch it on eight different YouTube videos, but when somebody distill it down and directly sends it over it just lands differently.
