One is your official name which would be the one you registered such as "A and K, Inc." which typically includes the Inc. at the end or something similar.

Can I go talk to the current occupant or start eviction proceedings before officially gaining possession? 

Even "substantive communication" is frowned upon, if it's not in writing through the official channels.

All parts of Hagerstown are not created equal and the city is a pain to work with (think uneducated people in official positions). 

We would LOVE an opportunity to act as an on-site property manager in exchange for discounted rent, or something of that nature.We own our home here in Utah and are renting it out after the move so we'll officially be landlords, ourselves.

Also, now that Khan's downtown plan has official city approval, and funding is being worked out, I would keep my eye on investment opportunities in the downtown area over the next 3-5 years.

Did I need to have signed leases with an official move in date to prove they will be occupied, etc?

@Michael Guzik I contacted the agent yesterday and should be seeing some official paperwork tomorrow and hopefully set up a time to view the property.

Not sure if the solution to my question is already on the way or if I'm the first person to notice but just curious:For those of us who write on the site (the official Blog, not including the Member Blog) will our Blog Posts feature be added back to the sidebar eventually on our Profile Page? 

Then their niece and her fiance wanted to rent it and they've been there for 2 years, rather more officially.
