You mentioned that social security only covers up to $750, so do you feel that when rent is over that, let’s say $800, it helps to weed out some of those crazy tenants that “cannot be helped”?

However this person is on social security that only provides 1.5x the rent amount.  

It is our biggest present in regards to social media but there are mainly people under the age of 18 so I wanted to see if anyone has had any success on that platform?
