Terminate the Entity, by "Winding" it up then officially "Terminating" it.Ex-partner is currently building his own business/brand while I'm stuck in lingo because he won't sign the papers.My attorney said "There is no way your business is worth $40k, he (ex-partner) sounds like a joke.".

Sure I could just decide to not listen to this specific episode after the warning, but if I were to miss the warning then I may run the risk of coming across hypocritical to my kids.Also, if I suggest to other people to listen to the BiggerPockets, I don’t want to always have to add, just don’t listen to episode 409 with your kids around because that episode has foul language.I say if you are going to create a brand that is known to produce educational content that is suitable for all ages, then just stick to the same brand, unless of course the goal is to try to rebrand BiggerPockets as not a family friendly podcast.

I have ranked websites to the #1 spot on google in as little as 2 weeks.There is no such thing as a "minimum amount of time".This doesn't mean that you can rank a brand new website to the #1 spot on Google in 14 days however.

You just need to worry about your deals going forward with the new LLC.Also, you will have your own LLC "always there" for potential branding purposes.Anyway, this does get a little bit more involved since each LLC will need its bank account, bookkeeping, and partnership filings (for the multi-member ones).Of course, consult a qualified professional or two.
