The news for today from Argentina is that President Cristina Fernadez de Kirchner fired the President of the Central Bank because he refused to release $6,569,000,000 (US dollars) from the national reserve in order for her to pay for the country's debt service this year.

I would advise that anything near Ave a,b,c,d,e you stay FAR away from. 19th ward in the Thurston and NE part are pretty rough.

Then, they would have a Delaware LLC that places a "friendly lien" on the properties based on the amount of equity in them and act as a private member manager for all of the properties.
