The seller will want to get with a loan officer and apply for a loan and the loan officer will tell the seller if they can qualify for both houses.

Also around here people often refer to side by sides as duplexed and they can be sold separately if subdivided or separate parcel numbers.You can easily get to the bottom of this by calling the zoning officer of that town and asking if the units are separated and can be sold individually.

I received the certificate of sale from the county, but for the title, the county has this note on the case:Case Progress Notes NEED CERT OF TITLE WITH LEGAL THAT MATCHES PARAGRAPH 17 IN FINAL JUDGMENTI spoke to the clerks office, and was informed the plaintiffs attorney needs to filed the corrected title.

Why his being an officer of Diversified wouldn't qualify him as a principal is a mystery to me.If we were to take that case at face value it would seem in Ohio anytime two principals entered into a contract without a lawyer's involvement and that contract went wrong in any way the party that brought the templates to the party could be convicted of practicing law without a license.
