I agree with the prior threads and your conclusion to pass on this file.Just like there are professional deadbeat tenants, there exists, sadly, people who excel at borrowing with little or no intention of repaying a debt or settling up.While I might be willing to play brinkmanship games with an amateur, I've got a basic rule of investing that says 'don't play the other man's game.'

It is a numbers game and your numbers are very small.Nice thing about a list that size is you can really drill it down and send s more customized letter and you aren't going to break the bank sending and resending them letters.Keep sending them letters every month or so and you will hopefully get more calls off of it on some of your subsequent mailing (You usually hear after 4 the results get much better).
