They work so hard to not pay the rent and game the landlord that if they just put an ounce of that energy in their life into something good their whole world would change for the better.Insurance companies do not want to insure pit bulls or buildings with them for a reason.

If the seller lowers the price significantly and it turns out just to be damaged finishes, you could well come out ahead of the game.
