Audited financials for one, REAC inspections that will likely lead to more money being spent.

Do you need a special software( if so what is the name of it) or are there resources online that can help answer demographic questions.

@Jon Klaus We provide architecture and security services to folks building software (code audits, designing for fault tolerance and redundancy), mostly in the communications  sector.We also have a couple of our own in house software projects ... one of which is/was responsible for our move into real estate investing (we needed a live laboratory).

Hello Everyone,I've been using software like Basecamp and Trello to manage our web dev projects for years.  

Whether it be a software program or whichever any help would be appreciated!

I have an everything is in writing policy, even if during phone conversation I have to write it down, with signatures required or RTS (refused to sign) filled in the blank, so any sob story will be documented for rent etc. and all tenants know I provide an audit of violations if requested.

I plan on becoming involved in investing as a means to earn additional cash flow, while maintaining my full-time position as a Software Deceloper.

hi every one my name is samira  I am new to this great website i ben just reading because i find it hard to write prefect  (English is my second language) so my typing may be not that good , I have one rental property and I just bought 2 homes to flip am in the process of the rehab I use all cash but am doing every thing on paper and is getting hard doing it that way so if you guys can sagest a software that can help me it will be great   thank you so much
