Hi all!
My name is Dan and I currently reside In Noblesville, IN. I am 27 years old and brand new to real estate investing. I am particularly interested in purchasing rental properties and flipping them to increase profitability. I'm hoping to purchase my first property very soon. I plan on becoming involved in investing as a means to earn additional cash flow, while maintaining my full-time position as a Software Deceloper.
