@Wayne Brooks I scratched out/rewrote the correct spelling using DocuSign right on the signed form and initialled right next to the new spelling.Do you suspect this could be an issue?

This isn't a crazy idea, lots of people do this, I'm doing something similar with my current house, but it's not as lucrative as your excitement wants it to be, and comes with a lot of risks.You'll need to buy in an area with massive and FAST appreciation.
