Ultimately, I'd like to get to the point with investing where I don't need to have a full-time corporate job.I look forward to meeting people on here and gaining the knowledge to become a very successful investor. 

Are there any criteria for joining a REIA or can people like me who don't have investment properties also join?

I like to see young people get involved early in life and learn the cash flow game, best to learn in real estate.

So I am new to the site, and thought I would get some feedback regarding the lending process and flips.There are some creative ways and I would love to hear from people on their experiences.I have been involved with numerous flips, but I am looking to now do my own.

I have had possible tenants lie to me about all kinds of background stuff, but I really had these people pegged as coming back with flying colors.  

I keep seeing people refer to their property as A,B,C, D properties or neighborhoods.

AllIt looks like there are a number of people from illinois and specifically near the fox valley region!  

I'll be in Augusta this week and am looking to meeting a few people and talking about what I'm looking to do.

My wife and I are getting started on the real estate investing journey, and are looking forward to networking with other like-minded people, both on-line and off-line, who are in the area or are possibly looking to invest in southeastern Wisconsin.

Reading through some of the posts on the subject in the other threads, I have seen some people state that you can pull off stick built homes for the same cost of construction, but with the current inventory of containers, I am having a very hard time seeing how that is.
